Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@cinelite.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@cinelite.co.za with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Important Notes

Returns must be shipped back to Cinelite at your cost, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
