Return and Refund Policy

At Cinelite, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please read our policy carefully:

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition, and in its original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@cinelite.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@cinelite.co.za with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • Returns must be shipped back to Cinelite at your cost, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • Cinelite reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
