Delivery Issues

  • Cinelite will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure your order reaches you promptly.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Cinelite is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

  • Some remote areas may take longer to receive orders. We will notify you if your delivery may be delayed.

  • We currently ship only within South Africa.
